These times are not precise they are a rough estimate it may be before or after this time within reason. Our engineers will call to let you know they are on their way with an accurate time. In the very unlikely event we would need to cancel due to major delays you will receive a call to organise a time we can attend the cooker. 

We also require the cooker to be off at every appointment so please ensure it is off before we arrive so the cooker is cool.
