Book a date and time for you
We let you book when it's best for you. Once booked, we confirm it with you

The day before
We will contact you on what our expert engineers need to do the day before, such as turning your AGA off and we will walk you through it

30 minutes before
Our engineers will call you to let you know we are on our way, as there is nothing worse than not knowing

Service time
When our engineers arrive, they will greet you with a friendly smile and before coming into your home, they will put on shoe covers and make sure they come in clean.
Our AGA Services
Gas AGA Service
When we arrive our engineers will look over the AGA and check what work is required and if there are any issues with the cooker. As part of the gas safe regulations we will be required to do a visual check on all other gas appliances in your home. We will remove the hotspot to check the seals and clean the flueways. As standard we replace thermocouples as part of the price and will clean the burner and check the condition of the parts. The main aspect of your service is to make sure your AGA is safe and will keep you and your family warm.
Electric AGA Service
When we arrive our engineers will look over the AGA and check what work is required and if there are any issues with the cooker. As standard we check the voltage, ohms and amps of the appliance and check the condition of the parts. The main aspect of your service is to make sure your AGA is safe and will keep you and your family warm.
Our Rayburn Services
Gas Rayburn Service
When the engineer arrives they will assess your Rayburn and that it is safe for them to work on. We will also be required as per gas safe regulations we will visually check the other gas appliances in your home. Once that is established they will remove the hot plate and clean all the flueways and any debris that may have come down the flue. They will then take both burners out cleaning the burner chambers and the burners themselves and will likely need to replace the thermocouples. If you use only one side the engineer will only service that side and not put any unnecessary parts onto the Rayburn. The main aspect of this service will be to make sure your Rayburn is safe and keeps you and your family warm throughout the year.
