What is a Service Schedule ?
Common questions about our service schedule.
We believe that a customer who knows a lot and is informed about their AGA tends to get the most out of it and parts on their cooker last longer and issues happen a lot less than customers who don't have a service program.
With the information you get through our service schedule you will know when things are likely to need replacing on your AGA.
Once our engineers have visited your property and have completed their initial report you will receive and email with a detailed service schedule are report of your cooker its condition compared to other cookers. We also add this to our database so if you ever lose the email or want another version sent to you we will send you another email with the service schedule attached.
Now due to our expertise in AGA products it means we know roughly when parts are likely to go and can tell from the condition on a service how much life they have in them. Now some parts last longer or shorter than what we recommend in a service schedule but this will give more of a guide of what will need to done and when. We aim for our service guides to be accurate within 2 years.
We will come to the property and have a look over the AGA check the condition of the components and see what life they have left on them and simply create a schedule of when those components need changing over, so you have a rough idea of what your AGA will need doing to it and when so there are no nasty surprises. We do this as part of a service as we require to take the components apart and inspect the condition of them. You will receive a fact sheet of what parts of your cooker will need replacing and when that will be.
